I lost my hair at 20 to alopecia and spent years trying to find wigs that didn’t feel like wigs. Ones that looked right, fit properly, and didn’t make me feel like I was pretending to be someone else. Haló was born out of that frustration, and the decision that women like us deserve better.
Every wig I offer is made with that standard in mind: no compromise on quality, comfort, or realism. My wigs are designed with medical knowledge, obsessive attention to detail, and lived experience that no algorithm or mass produced factory wig could ever replicate. Haló wigs are exclusively made with 100% raw Vietnamese human hair.
This hair is known for its strength, softness, and longevity. Unlike processed or chemically treated alternatives, raw Vietnamese hair retains its natural cuticle structure, meaning the strands remain aligned from root to tip. This ensures a smoother finish, reduced tangling, and a natural movement that mimics your own hair.
Our wigs are handcrafted with precision and designed to meet the needs of women experiencing hair loss. Each unit is constructed with HD lace, offering an incredibly discreet, skin-like finish, while hand tied single-knot hairlines with bleached knots ensure a lightweight, seamless appearance at the front of the wig. This advanced ventilation technique makes each hairline appear more natural and less dense, perfect for close-up wear and confident styling.
Features such as adjustable straps, silicone grips, fake scalp, combs and breathable materials are included for maximum comfort and security, even for sensitive scalps.

Halo HD Lace Hairlines
At Haló, every wig is constructed with high-definition (HD) lace to ensure the most seamless and realistic hairline possible. HD lace is an ultra-thin, soft, and translucent material that blends effortlessly into the skin. We take this further by using a single-knot ventilation technique at the hairline, which significantly reduces bulk and visual knotting, allowing each strand to appear as though it’s growing directly from the scalp. This technique enhances realism while improving comfort and wearability. Haló wigs are ideal for anyone seeking a natural, breathable, and long-lasting solution, particularly those experiencing hair loss.

At Haló, we understand that every client has different needs when it comes to comfort, styling flexibility, and ease of wear, especially when navigating hair loss. That’s why we offer three premium cap constructions, all designed with breathable materials, a natural fit, and a discreet finish. Each cap is handcrafted with care, using our signature HD lace and designed to integrate effortlessly into your lifestyle.
Glueless Beginner Cap
Our glueless caps are perfect for clients who want convenience without compromising realism. With a 5x5 medical lace top and wefted cap at the back, they are designed with adjustable straps, ear tabs, silicone grips and optional combs to ensure a secure, snug fit. These wigs stay in place without the need for glue, gel, or tape, ideal for daily wear or sensitive scalps.
Lace Front Cap
Our 13x6 lace front caps offer a realistic hairline from ear to ear, allowing for flexible parting at the front and styles like half-updos or soft waves swept off the face. The rest of the cap is constructed for breathability and comfort, while keeping the weight of the unit light. Unlike our beginner cap, this cap does not have ear tabs or extra silicone added, so recommended to be worn with adhesive or tape for a secure & natural fit.
Full Lace Cap
For clients who want full styling freedom, including high ponytails, upstyles, braids, and parts anywhere on the scalp, the full lace cap offers complete versatility. Constructed entirely from hand tied lace, this cap allows the hair to be parted and styled in any direction, giving a truly natural result from every angle. Can be worn glueless due to the adjustable band but advised to use adhesive or tape for a natural lace melt.

Density
Density refers to how thick or full the hair on the wig is. At Halo, it is available in the following:
130% = Light
150% = Medium
180% = Full
Length
Haló Hair lengths range from 10 inches to 26 inches, but can also be cut and styled to suit your preferences. When considering length, please keep in mind that different lengths can look longer / shorter on you compared to someone else depending on your height.
Ordering & Custom Options
Each Haló unit is made to order and fully customisable. You can tailor your wig’s length, density, colour, cap type, and optional features to suit your preferences and lifestyle.
Our standard production time for custom orders of 5.5 glue less caps in and 13x6 lace front caps in Halo stock colours is 4–6 weeks.
Bespoke colouring is available with our wig & colour specialist. This service does add additional cost to your Halo wig and adds approx 2-3 weeks onto production time. (All of this is discussed during your consultation to make sure you are fully happy!)
Due to each strand of hair being hand tied into the lace, full lace cap orders can take up to 4 months.
Please note: additional services such as bespoke colouring with our wig colouring specialist, non-standard lengths, or special cap modifications may extend this timeline. All of this will be discussed in detail during your consultation, so you’ll have full clarity before placing your order.
We also carry a limited Ready to Ship collection - pre-made units available in select colours, lengths, densities, and cap types. These wigs are available as-is and can be shipped within 1–2 working days or can also be viewed and purchased in person.
Please note: Colours may appear slightly different in person due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and display devices. Consultations are advised where you are unsure on a colour or cap.

Sizing & Measurements
Correct measurements and cap sizing are one of the most important parts of achieving a secure, comfortable, and natural-looking wig fit. An incorrectly sized cap can affect comfort, security, realism, and how naturally the wig sits against the hairline and scalp. During your consultation at Halo Studio, we will professionally measure your head and guide you through the best cap options for your needs. If you are ordering remotely or would prefer to measure at home, you’ll find simple step-by-step instructions below to help you accurately measure for the best possible fit.
Sizing Charts
The sizing charts shown are specfic to Halo Lace Wigs.
If you are between sizes, it is reccomended to size up. However, do keep in mind that caps can stretch over time, so if the size differences are minimal, some find they prefer to size down.
This part can be super confusing if you're new to wig wearing (I know I found it confusing anyway!), so feel free to reach out for assistance should you need any.
The best solution is to visit our studio to try on the different size caps to find the best fit.
Please note: The petite sizing for lace front & full lace caps is a 20.5" circumference.
Grants & Financial Assistance
Haló is an approved vendor with both the HSE medical hair loss grants and Department of Social Protection Treatment Benefit Scheme.
This means we can offer access to both the HSE and DSP medical grants for hair loss.
Haló HD Lace Wig Pricing
The pricing shown is for 130% density wigs. An increase of €20 applies per higher density. (€20 for 150%, €40 for 180%)
