-
Arriving on time
-
Following pre-treatment instructions

-
Contacting us promptly if you cannot attend
Appointment reminders may be provided as a courtesy. Failure to receive a reminder does not remove responsibility for attending or cancelling within the required timeframe.
Arrivals of 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time may result in the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled, as there may no longer be sufficient time to provide the service safely and without impacting other clients. Where an appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, it may be treated as a same-day cancellation and the applicable charge will be applied in accordance with our Booking and Cancellation Policy.
Booking Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of €20 is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total treatment cost. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice (a “no-show”), will be subject to the full treatment cost. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these booking conditions.
11. Deposits and Booking Fees
All appointments require a €20 deposit or booking fee.
Where applicable:
-
The amount will be communicated before or during booking
-
The payment may be deducted from the final treatment or service balance
-
Rescheduling and cancellation conditions will apply
-
Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in full treatment cost being charged in accordance with the terms disclosed at the time of booking.
Any applicable cancellation conditions will be made available before or at the time of booking.
12. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances can change. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:

A non-refundable deposit of €20 is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
-
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
-

-
Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or failure to attend without notice (a “no-show”), will be subject to the full treatment cost.
Where a course or package has been purchased, missed appointments, late cancellations or same-day cancellations may result in the scheduled session being forfeited from the course or package. In these circumstances, the session will be treated as having been used and will be deducted from the remaining number of sessions available. The forfeited session will not be carried forward, replaced or rescheduled free of charge.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these booking and cancellation conditions.
Nothing in this section affects any rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Late Arrival
We understand that delays can occasionally happen and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals where possible. However, arriving late may result in your appointment being shortened or certain parts of the planned service being unable to proceed.
We cannot allow late arrivals to significantly delay or impact appointments scheduled for other clients.
Where a course or package has been purchased, missed appointments or late arrivals may result in the scheduled session being forfeited from the course or package. In these circumstances, the session will be treated as having been used and will be deducted from the remaining number of sessions available. The forfeited session will not be carried forward, replaced or rescheduled free of charge.
14. Treatment Courses and Packages
Where a course or package is purchased:
-
The included services will be explained at purchase
-
Courses may have recommended treatment intervals
-
Results may depend on attending at appropriate intervals
-
Missed sessions may affect outcomes
-
Courses and packages are for the named client unless otherwise agreed
-
Individual sessions within a package may not be exchanged for cash
-
Any expiry date or validity period will be disclosed before purchase where applicable
Where a client becomes medically unsuitable for a treatment course, we will consider the circumstances and any applicable consumer rights before determining available options.
15. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in euro unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices from time to time.
A price change will not normally affect a confirmed order or booking that has already been accepted and paid for, except where:
-
There is an obvious pricing error
-
Additional services or customisations are requested
-
The original booking or order is materially changed
-
Another lawful basis applies
Payment methods may vary depending on the product or service.
16. Website and Online Orders
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
We aim to ensure that:
-
Product descriptions are accurate
-
Images reasonably represent products

For wigs and hair products in particular, appearance may vary due to:
-
Screen settings
-
Lighting
-
Photography
-
Natural variation in human hair
-
Styling
-
Batch differences
-
Individual perception of colour
Where a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
17. Wig Consultations
A wig consultation may include discussion of:
-
Cap size
-
Head measurements
-
Lace type
-
Cap construction
-
Length
-
Density
-
Colour
-
Hair texture
-
Styling preferences
-
Medical hair loss needs
-
Lifestyle requirements
-
Grant eligibility where relevant
Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of consultation.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming important order specifications before a custom order is finalised.
18. Wig Measurements and Fit
Head measurements are used to guide cap size and fit.
Wig fit may be affected by:
-
Measurement technique
-
Changes in natural hair volume
-
Hair growth or hair loss
-
How natural hair is prepared beneath the wig
-
Head shape
-
Personal comfort preferences
-
Cap construction
-
Elastic adjustment
Where you provide your own measurements, you are responsible for taking them carefully and accurately in accordance with the guidance provided.
Where we take measurements, they represent our reasonable assessment at the time of consultation but do not guarantee identical comfort preferences for every wearer.
19. Custom and Personalised Wigs
Custom or personalised wigs may be made, sourced or altered according to specifications selected or approved by you.
These may include:
-
Cap size
-
Head measurements
-
Length

Lace type
-
Cap construction
-
Cutting
-
Styling
-
Other requested customisation
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming your specifications before the order is finalised.
Once production or customisation has begun, changes may not be possible.
Where a wig is genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, statutory change-of-mind cancellation rights may not apply, subject to applicable consumer law.
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform with the contract.
20. Natural Variation in Human Hair Wigs
Human hair is a natural material and some variation may occur.
This may include minor differences in:
-
Shade
-
Tone
-
Texture
-
Wave pattern
-
Density distribution
-
Hair behaviour
-
Response to washing
-
Response to humidity
-
Response to styling
Reasonable natural variation does not automatically mean that a wig is faulty.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods do not conform with the contract.
21. Wig Colour
We take reasonable care when discussing and displaying wig colours.
However:
-
Screens display colours differently
-
Lighting affects appearance
-
Human hair may reflect warm or cool tones differently
-
Photographs may not perfectly reproduce colour
-
Custom colouring may produce natural variation
Where exact colour matching is important, we recommend an in-person consultation where reasonably possible.
A colour difference will be assessed based on the agreed order specifications and applicable consumer law.
22. Alterations to Wigs
Once a wig has been altered, return rights may be affected.
Alterations include:
-
Cutting lace
-
Cutting hair

Plucking the hairline

Nothing in this section affects rights relating to genuine faults or non-conforming goods.

Excessive friction
-
Sleeping in the wig
-
Incorrect storage

Each concern will be assessed based on the individual circumstances and applicable consumer law.

This may include schemes operated through:
-
HSE-related supports
-

Other relevant bodies
Eligibility is determined by the relevant external organisation, not by us.
We do not guarantee:
-
Eligibility
-
Approval
-
Payment
-
Processing time
-
Reimbursement amount
-
Continued availability of any scheme
You remain responsible for any balance due in accordance with the payment terms agreed at the time of order.
Where grant payments are rejected, the payment arrangements disclosed and agreed for the relevant order will apply.
25. Product Recommendations
Skincare, scalp care and other product recommendations may be based on:
-
Consultation findings
-
Information provided by you
-
Your stated concerns
-
Professional assessment
-
Product information available at the time
Individual responses vary.
A recommendation does not guarantee that:
-
A product will suit every person
-
Irritation will never occur
-
Breakouts will never occur
-
A particular result will be achieved
You should follow usage instructions and discontinue use and seek appropriate advice if you experience a significant adverse reaction.
26. Third-Party Products and Services
We may stock, recommend or refer to products or services provided by third parties.
Third-party products remain subject to applicable consumer law and any relevant manufacturer information.
A recommendation or referral does not mean that we control every aspect of a third party’s service.
27. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content and original business materials may be owned by or licensed to us.
This may include:
-
Text
-
Graphics
-
Branding
-
Logos
-
Photographs
-
Videos
-
Treatment guides
-
Educational materials
-
Website design elements
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or republish protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.
28. Client Conduct
We aim to provide a respectful, safe and professional environment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where a person:
-
Behaves abusively or threateningly
-
Harasses staff or other clients
-
Acts in a discriminatory manner
-
Creates an unsafe environment
-
Repeatedly breaches booking policies
-
Provides deliberately false information relevant to safety

Engages in fraudulent activity
Any decision to refuse service will be made reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
28.1 Fraudulent Claims, Misrepresentation and Chargebacks
We take genuine concerns regarding damaged, faulty, incorrect, non-conforming or undelivered goods seriously and will assess such claims fairly and in accordance with applicable Irish and European Union consumer law.
All information and evidence submitted in connection with a refund request, return, delivery dispute, damage claim, fault claim, complaint, payment dispute or chargeback must be truthful, accurate and must genuinely represent the order, product and circumstances concerned.
Evidence must not be fabricated, artificially generated, digitally manipulated, materially edited or otherwise altered in a way that misrepresents the condition of a product, the contents of an order, delivery of an order or the circumstances of a claim. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of artificial intelligence, generative AI, image-editing software, digital compositing or other technologies to create, exaggerate, add, remove or misrepresent alleged damage, defects, missing items or other issues.
Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a claim or supporting evidence may be inaccurate, manipulated, fabricated, misleading or fraudulent, we reserve the right to carry out further reasonable verification before determining the claim. This may include requesting:
-
Original, unedited photographs or video files
-
Additional photographs from specified angles
-
A continuous video showing the product and alleged issue
-
Images showing identifying features of the specific item supplied
-
Photographs of outer and inner packaging
-
Delivery, tracking or collection information
-
Relevant communications or order information
-
Return of the product for physical inspection
-
Other reasonable evidence relevant to the claim
We may compare information provided in support of a claim with relevant records available to us, including order records, product records, consultation notes, photographs, quality-control records, dispatch records, tracking information, proof of delivery and communications, where lawful and appropriate.
We will not reject a genuine claim solely on the basis of an automated AI-detection tool or unsupported suspicion. Any concerns regarding authenticity will be assessed reasonably and in light of the available evidence.
28.2 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact us promptly where they believe there is a genuine issue with an order or transaction so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, we reserve the right to provide relevant evidence to the payment provider, bank or card issuer for the purpose of responding to the dispute. This may include, where lawful and relevant:
-
Order confirmations
-
Payment records
-
Booking records
-
Consultation records relevant to the transaction
-
Customer communications
-
Delivery and tracking information
-
Proof of delivery
-
Collection records
-
Signed or accepted order specifications
-
Custom wig specifications
-
Evidence of services provided
-
Relevant photographs or quality-control records
-
Acceptance of applicable terms and policies
Knowingly making a false statement, falsely claiming that an item was not delivered, falsely claiming that a service was not provided, misrepresenting the condition of goods, submitting fabricated evidence, or initiating a dishonest payment dispute may constitute fraudulent conduct.
Where we reasonably determine, based on available evidence, that a claim has been deliberately fabricated or that intentionally misleading evidence has been submitted, we reserve the right, where lawful and proportionate, to:
-
Refuse any refund, replacement or other remedy that is not legally required
-
Contest a chargeback or payment dispute
-
Provide relevant evidence to the payment provider, bank or card issuer
-
Suspend, restrict or refuse future orders or bookings
-
Preserve relevant records for fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal purposes
-
Report suspected fraud to relevant platforms, payment providers, insurers or authorities where lawful and appropriate
-
Take reasonable steps to recover sums lawfully due
Nothing in this section limits, excludes or discourages the exercise of genuine statutory consumer rights. Customers remain fully entitled to raise legitimate concerns and pursue remedies available under applicable Irish and European Union law in relation to goods or services that are genuinely faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, undelivered or otherwise non-conforming.
29. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We do not exclude liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded under Irish or EU law.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by:
-
Information you failed to disclose where that information was relevant and reasonably requested
-
Failure to follow clear aftercare instructions
-
Misuse of products
-
Unauthorised alteration of wigs
-
Damage caused by third-party chemical or styling services
-

If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA country, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections applicable to you that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
